Appointment System

Explained below are details of how to arrange an appointment with a clinician.
You can now book an appointment via this website using Patient Access. Please click here for more information.

.

Extended Hours

On Mondays we have appointments between 07:30-08:20 to help working patients attend for appointments. These appointments are pre-bookable.

.

Routine Appointments

Please use these appointments for the review of on-going problems.  You will need to book your appointment well in advance as the next Routine Appointment with the doctor of your choice may be up to 4 weeks in the future.

.

Soon Appointments

Each day we will release appointments where possible for each GP and Nurse Practitioner.  If you wish one of these appointments you are advised to phone our reception team from 8:00am, as the appointments will be allocated on a first come first served basis.

You should use these appointments for problems that are not on-going and require you to see a doctor soon.  If you do not manage to get an appointment one day you can continue to phone back each morning, as the appointments will be released every day. We hope that this system will give you easier access to the doctor of your choice and allow people with urgent problems to see the doctor quickly.

If you are unsure of the type of appointment you require, please ask a member of our reception team for guidance.
