Do It Online

Welcome to Kennoway Medical Group Online

The team at Kennoway Medical Group are proud to offer a variety of online services for our practice population - from booking appointments or requesting prescriptions to offering self care guidance, or taking part in a video consultation with a member of our clinical team.

Online Consult

We are excited to announce the launch of our new system which patients can use to check symptoms and submit forms for appointment requests.

Online Consult is available online via the link on the right (it can also be found on our homepage). All patients need to do is click the link and it’ll take you to an online form where you outline any symptoms. You’ll then receive access to tailored and clinically approved articles and videos which will help you self-manage your condition.

Forms submitted by patients are sent directly and securely to the practice team so we can check your answers and assess whether you need a face-to-face appointment with the GP, Nurse, Physiotherapist, Parmacist...etc. If a face to face appointment is not required, we’ll give you the advice you need on what to do next.

All forms will be responded to within two working days.

The forms are tailored to you and they’ve all been approved by clinicians so the advice you get is really accurate and helpful.

You can fill in the forms at any time, day or night, so it means you have round the clock access to the information you need to manage your conditions.

It’s really simple to use, just click the link on the right ->
