Specimens

Specimens to be sent to the laboratory should be handed into reception before 12 noon. 
It is vital that the correct containers are used. These are available from our reception team.

Test Results

The results of most tests can be given over the telephone. Please phone our reception team after 12 noon. Results can only be given to the patient (unless they are for a child under 12 years or the practice already holds a signed consent form).

If you wish to discuss a confidential report in private, please let our reception team know. The Practice Manager will be happy to assist you.
